POLICY REFUND, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

REFUND, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items purchased from Outback Feral Control Pty Ltd are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Outback Feral Control Pty Ltd.

The consumer will not get a refund due to

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Ordered the wrong product.
  3. Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
  4. Were aware of the problem before buying the product.
  5. Damaged the product by misusing it.
  6. Used the product for a long time and the problem is caused by usual wear and tear.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can elevate the issue and make it right.

Once your order is with the shipping agent, Outback Feral Control takes no responsibility for loss, delays or damage to your package, nor are we responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect address given or failed attempts to deliver. Outback Feral Control is not liable for parcels that are delivered and go missing.
